Reggae artiste Anthony Martin more popularly known as Lutan Fyah was granted bail in the sum of J$250,000 today when he appeared at the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate Court in St. Catherine.
The artiste appeared on an arson charge which he was slapped with after the police reported that on December 3 last year, he allegedly led a group of men into a tenement yard in Thompson Pen, St. Catherine in search of men who disrespected him while he was on stage in Tivoli Gardens in Kingston.
According to police reports he didnt find the men he was looking for so he allegedly attacked an occupant of a house which was later firebombed.
Portmore Empire artiste Deva Bratt appeared in court also to answer a carnal abuse charge but according to reports reaching MediaZoneJA.com his lawyer didnt make a bail application. We will provide you with updates on this later.
