Cash Money leader Bryan 'Scratchy B' Clarke appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's court on Monday to answer to charges of assault occasioning bodily harm and unlawful wounding in a domestic matter but the case was dismissed, and the selector freed.

"Everything is cool now. My babymother claim say she ketch me wid woman, and then she start fight me, me neva lick har. She was jealous and the court say she was wrong fi gwaan wid a bag a tings. I was not charged because the court say she was wrong. She suspected something was going on. She never ketch me wid no woman, she assume wrong," Scratchy B told mzjaentertainment.com.

"I love my kids and I don't abuse women. Me and mi babymother cool now," Scratchy B added. The selector's babymother is Ann Marie Adams and the incident of abuse was reported on January 13. The couple has three year-old twins.

Questioned about an article published in the Jamaica Star recently in which he was quoted as saying "mi no have no babymother out ya', Scratchy B said:

"A man kept on calling me but him never identify himself, and the same time, a cokehead did bruk inna mi car, and mi just get mad and tell the people who a call me fi stop bother me. The next day, when mi see THE STAR, mi surprised."
