Since the story broke about the self proclaimed King of the Dancehall, Beenie Man tax evasion case, The Doctor has once again found himself in the Government hot seat has he's been ordered to appear in court in March to answer to the charges.

Tax officials say that Beenie Man, whose real name is Moses Davis, owes the state millions in unpaid taxes.

At his last court appearance in December 2007, lawyers representing the artiste promised he would meet with the authorities to discuss a settlement of the arrears.
But representatives from the tax office said since the promises were made, Beenie Man has visited them only once.

Beenie Man has maintained that his former management company, Shocking Vibes, was responsible for paying all his taxes.
