There is nothing to really worry about, as your boyfriends semen is definitely not related to any kind of a disease. All human semen has the ability to thicken to a certain extent. This is a holdover from our evolutionary primate ancestry, when a female might jump up after intercourse and run away. Nowadays, it is the male who is more likely to run away, but thats a different story.
 The solidification of the semen made it stay put in her vagina, improving the chances of egg fertilization. What I am saying is not to make any monkey-like comparison with your new boyfriend, but everyones semen chemistry varies. His is just more glue-like than typical. Its normal and who knows, it might come in handy one day if you need to put a broken vase back together! Thats just a joke.
