VYBZ PARTY SELL OFF LAST NIGHT
Father Romie's Exodus studio was the venue for a surprise party, organized by Jeffrey Hype, for deejay Vybz Kartel on his birthday yesterday. The party had one notable absence, that of Aidonia who had been detained by the police in questioning with a shooting. Several of the deejay's contemporaries and friends were in attendance. Empire members Baby Doll, Doza Medicine, Deva Bratt, foreigner Omeil, Nuclear, Foxx from Big Yard, Earthworm, Jay, the Gaza crew, Avalanche, Flawless, deejay Blasé from Portmore, selector Moschino, singer Tony Curtis, deejay Shane O, and Corey Todd, head of Vybz Rum Distillers.

The deejay, dressed in full white, was in an excellent mood, cracking jokes with his friends and posing for several pictures with female fans.
