its scary thought.....i dont know if its true or not, but the theory has been around for awhile and it does tie up some loose ends as to why some of theses strange policys have taken place.

whey di hell, ah boi, sometimes these things are hard to believe because its hard to trust americans, they will sit there and lie like crazy for publicity and then come back and apologise and thats all that come out of it. These are famous for creating ficitious stories thus movies. Didnt will smith do a movie about this same v-chip thingy? oh lord the drama

And that clip of andy rooney saying he wouldnt mind something being planted into his arm. lol that is just the worst, i think i remember watching that episode and it wasnt anything about no v-chip... i think. But that was really old
