it should be legalized for rape victims but im thinking that when that happens, there will be a lot of men accused of rape just because the woman doesnt want the baby. no?

Face it Abortion is murder regardless or the circumstances. Every woman I know that did it suffer from tremendous guilt. I have 2 daughters and heaven forbid that it should happen to them. Adoption instead of abortion would be a viable alternative. I hate to sound so clinical about the matter. But I think that the RAPIST should be put down not the innocent unborn child.

It already post...but my answer still the same no one has the right to determine whether or not a person aborts a child, only the person in the situation has the right of doing so.

i think it should be legalize -- the view of this is that its the killing of a living being which is unacceptable by god but truth in fact its the killinig of a featus which istnt a living being as it is not yet able to live outseide its mothers body bys itself so the decision would lie in the hands of the mother as it is her body an she can do whatever she wants to it

I'm 50/50 on the situation. Yeah I do that abortions should be legal because some people are not mentally or physically ready to take care of a child and in the long run that child would suffer. We gotta consider situations such as rape and social status. It really doesn't make sense bringing a kid into the world you can't feed it. One the other hand, this abortion thing is getting outta hand. Some females are killin off their kids left and right becuase of this power...it's not healthy and it's also morally wrong. They are out there having unprotected sex and b'cuz they know they can dash dem way they just over doing the thing.
