Natalie Storm is a bit of a phenomenon in music circles. Why? Well, she is a real browning who can dance, sing, deejay with equal skill, and she radiates a raw sexuality while doing it. And one more thing, here comes the kicker, Natalie can talk the tings dem too, a necessary skill in the dancehall world.

Riding a surge of popularity since she dropped all-girl group MBC after the release of their album in Japan, and set off in search of individual fame and fortune, Natalie is a bubbly, effervescent ghetto sex bomb with attitude.

When it comes to ghetto life, mi know what mi talking about, the one-time resident of Denham Town said.

Although she grew up in rural town in Trelawny, she moved around quite a bit , living in Portmore, Elleston Road and the aforementioned Denham Town.

I hade a lot of fun experiences in these places and these experiences make it through to my music in terms of the topics I choose and how I represent the culture, she said.

Natalies latest hit, Talk the Tings Dem, on the Swatch International rhythm, Slackas, is getting mad love on the dancehall circuit and on Internet radio. And her spunky, off-beat personality and her zany sense of fashion have won her a new generation of fans in the dancehall and among teenage girls seeking a role model.

I am not a matchy-matchy kind of girl but I am not a Punky Brewster type, I always look good when I am going out, she said.

Although she has moved on from MBC, Natalie still maintains a relationship with at least one of the girls from the group but not with former producer Paul Henton.

A lot of people ask me about the whole thing, why I left and so on, but I just keeping moving forward, striving, and people just have to understand that this is for the best, she said.

She has been raising eyebrows with an armada of new releases: the controversial remix Hot Love with Jigsy from Dangazone, Wasnt Man Enough, a song with DJ Whiteman on the IQ rhythm, Best Friend on the Bootleg rhythm, and of course, the brash, feisty Talk the Tings Dem where she gives juicy details concerning the size and warmth of her most intimate parts.
