Kanye West Settles Paparazzi Beatdown Case with Apology
Kanye West has settled the civil lawsuit filed by the photog he assaulted at LAX ... TMZ has learned.
Kanye and Daniel Ramos shook hands as the case was put to bed.
TMZ broke the story, Kanye was criminally charged with misdemeanor battery and pled no contest. He's currently on probation.
According to Ramos' lawyer, Gloria Allred, one term of the settlement was an apology from Kanye to Ramos. We don't know if any money changed hands.
Allred says, "We believe that this case sent an important message. Celebrities are not above the law, and they have no right to physically attack someone simply because they were asked a question."
Marilyn Manson Punch Me, I'll Sue You! Vows Revenge for Denny's Fight
flatly denies instigating the fight that went down in a Canadian Denny's ... in fact, he claims he got sucker punched and plans to sue the guy who allegedly socked him.
Manson's manager tells TMZ the rocker was enjoying his late night meal when two girls approached him and asked for a photo. Manson says he obliged and never called either woman a "b!$%h" ... as the alleged puncher claims.
Marilyn says the guy came out of nowhere and hit him in the face. Manson says his security grabbed the guy, who then began screaming about blowing up Manson's next concert.
Manson also claims the attacker elbowed his makeup artist in her face. He says they're both going back to cops in Alberta to press charges

Dancehall artiste Mavado is scheduled to perform in Haiti for the first time.
Reports are that the Jamaican will be performing live in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on June 27.
The event will be held at the Centre Sportif Henfrasa, Delmas 33.
Mavado, born David Brooks was raised in Cassava Piece community of Kingston. His debut single, Real McKoy on the Anger Management riddim in 2004, provided him instant success.

Outstanding opening of Furious 7, touching tribute to Paul Walker
The high-octane, adrenaline fuelled Furious 7 peeled out of the gates in its opening weekend, picking up a stunning US$143.6 million from 4,004 locations to easily top the domestic box office, according to Rentrak estimates since Sunday.
On the heels of the monstrous success, the music video for See You Again, the Wiz Khalifa collab with Charlie Puth was premiered over the weekend.
The video was instantly shared Vin Diesel's Facebook page along with the caption, "Pablo, this weekend you turned the world into a familyThanks for the love..."

Kim baby drama:Who will she be using as a surrogate
We all know -- and isn't kind of weird how we all know? -- the struggles that Kim Kardashian has been having in becoming pregnant again. We've heard about how much sex she and Kanye West have been having, we've been hearing intimate details about her reproductive system, all that good stuff. But on last night's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," we learned even more: it turns out that Kim's required surgery to remove parts of little North West's placenta that was still hanging on to her uterus.
Kim's doctor explained that removing those pesky leftover bits could expose her to more risks during her next pregnancy, and so that it could wind up being safer for everyone if Kim just got a surrogate. Which makes sense, of course, but Kim said that the thought was "really scary," and that she "wouldn't dare ask anyone" to carry her baby for her. She raised some good points, bringing up the fact that her surrogate could turn out to be a "lunatic" who runs away to raise Kim's baby herself, but good ol' Kris Jenner stepped in to volunteer another daughter's uterus, saying "Kourtney would probably do it."

She won Cycle 6 of "America's Next Top Model" back in 2006 -- and now, Danielle "Dani" Evans is speaking out about her changing appearance.
The model has been the target of online attacks on her Instagram page, with some suggesting she bleached her skin and doesn't eat. Now 28, Evans is speaking out.
"To all the simpletons who constantly comment with pseudo concern about my physical appearance now, vs 10 years ago -- it's called maturing and gracefully aging," she says in a new Instagram post today. "I thought we all learned this basic fact in 3rd grade. So let's stop with the belligerent comments about me needing to eat and the absurd questions if I'm bleaching my skin."

DANCEHALL artiste QQ is back on his 40-date, Jackhammer tour after falling ill in the United States, last Thursday.
The entertainer was reportedly seen bleeding from the nostrils and coughing up *la*hd. He was attended to by a medical team at a hotel he was staying.
Josiah Dawkins, QQ's father and manager, said the artiste had just landed in Atlanta from New Orleans when the incident occurred.
"I got a call that he was coughing and bleeding through the nose. A medical team was called in and he was treated. QQ told me that the flight was very cold and the doctors said that the coldness and the lengthy time he spent in the air could have contributed to the incident," Dawkins told the Jamaica Observer yesterday.

There is still a lot of talk about Saturday night's episode of the Magnum Kings and Queens of Dancehall contest on TVJ, that featured selector Oneil 'Foota Hype' Thomas as a guest judge on the panel.
The airing of that episode of the popular hit talent contest was injected with added intrigue, given the much-publicised feud between judge Cordel 'Skatta' Burrell and 'Foota Hype', sparked by a love triangle involving Downsound recording artiste Ishawna, who is also the mother of Foota Hype's son.

She wanted to get off, so she allegedly offered to get a deputy off. He wasn't having it.
The exchange between Beatrize Carrion-Moore and a West Palm Beach Sheriff's deputy was caught on his patrol cars' onboard video system.
"While Beatrizwas in the back seat of my patrol car, she continued to offer me oral sex in exchange for letting her go," the deputy wrote in his report.

As Jamaica prepares to welcome US President Barack Obama, a source close to the Washington delegation has revealed that an entire hotel in Kingston has been booked out for the trip.
According to the source, the hotel which boasts approximately 300 rooms will be occupied entirely by the president and his Washington delegation, who will arrive on the evening of April 8th, instead of the originally disclosed date of April 9th.
According to the source, many Caribbean leaders are currently finding it difficult to locate hotel rooms in Kingston. The Trinidadian Prime Minister, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, is one such leader, according to the source. Persad-Bissessar reportedly tried to make a reservation at the hotel where the US President is staying but was refused, as the hotel cited it was at its capacity.

Say what you will about the Kardashians and their oversharing tendencies, but I firmly believe there is a silver lining to it all. They may live the good life, with privilege and access we can only dream of, but they've got real-life problems we can empathize withand they're willing to broadcast it to millions, nay billions of people. Putting it all out there like that fuels conversation, which is something I'm not afraid to say I applaud them for.

In a sneak peek clip from Sunday's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Kim Kardashian can't contain her frustrations with her brother -- who she says the entire family has all gone out of their way to please.
While nobody gets really specific about what issues Rob has been dealing with, it sounds like he's still very self conscious about his appearance. While Kris Jenner wants to use all the family's resources to help him, Kim is clearly over it.
"Everyone licks Rob's ass and does whatever he says and at some point you have to give it up," she says. "We all make his life so easy, 'OK, we'll drive you around with the chauffeur so no one has to look at you!', we had a chef on standby, a trainer. We'll send people to buy you socks and underwear, this is pathetic!"
Rob's issues first started around Kim's wedding, when he left Italy before the ceremony after a fight about his weight. Andrew Getty Serious Medical Condition Made Worse by Ex-Girlfriend
Andrew Getty who died Tuesday -- claimed his ex-girlfriend stressed him out to the point where she endangered his life.
Getty obtained a restraining order just 2 weeks ago, claiming he was diagnosed in 2013 with a serious medical condition that was exacerbated by stress, often brought on by confrontations with his ex-GF. He says the stress would send his *la*hd pressure through the roof, creating a "grave risk" of death.
Getty claimed the girlfriend -- Lanessa DeJonge -- knew of his condition and exploited it. Getty claims in the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- DeJonge would exploit the information about his condition to extort him, demanding money and property.
As for why he got the restraining order, he claims during a car ride she repeatedly kicked and hit him and tossed everything from the car out the window.
He claimed DeJonge was "deranged," arguing with imaginary people.
The judge issued the restraining order and she was told to move out of his home and stay 100 yards clear of him. It's interesting, because she went to his house and discovered his body.
As we reported, we're told DeJonge was placed on a 5150 psych hold hours after Getty died.

Reggae star Mavado is shoving Philippe Chow's apology right back in its face -- and calling for the entire black community to drop Chow and choose Chang ... as in P.F. Chang's.
Mavado tells TMZ the famed NY restaurant's attempted apology was filled with lies and its claims of loving black customers is a total joke.
TMZ broke the story ... Mavado says he and his family were treated like second class citizens by the PC staff because they are black. Late Tuesday, the restaurant begged for his forgiveness and claimed its Instagram page proves their love for black people.
Mavado is laughing off the "I have black friends" response -- and says he'll never go back. Instead, he'll be going to P.F. Chang's, and wants every person of color to follow him.
Pretty sure he means in theory -- 'cause that would be one helluva bill.
Report: 3 trials ordered in Utah teacher sex case
Brianne Altice, a former Utah high school English teacher, will face three separate trials over allegations she had sex with three male students, reports the Salt Lake Tribune.
Altice, 35, will also stand trial a fourth time to face additional charges alleging she had sex with one of the students while she was out on bail, reports the paper. Prosecutors say Altice had sex with a 17-year-old boy between November 2013 and August 2014. The incident allegedly happened while she was out on bail in the initial sex abuse case involving two students, reports the paper.
A judge revoked her bail in January when he learned of the third alleged incident.

Terrence Howard preparing to do battle with ex-wife Michelle ... trying to put a quick end to her spousal support because she allegedly blackmailed him with pics and videos he feared would ruin his career.
Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Terrence will likely make a formal legal claim in April, alleging he gave Michelle a ridiculously rich spousal support deal because she was threatening him with various photos and videos.
We're told one of the pics shows Terrence in the shower, but there are many others.
The "Empire" star and lawyer Brian Kramer claim all Michelle was really entitled to was half-a-year's worth of spousal support, since the marriage lasted 1 year and the standard is to limit such support to half the time of the marriage. She got 5 years worth of support, which he says is evidence of blackmail

Selena's estate claims in new legal docs her record label is hoarding huge amounts of money that should go to Selena's loved ones. In fact, the estate claims Selena actually became way more popular in death than life.
With 60 million albums sold, the estate is livid that UMG is not honoring the deal -- that the estate gets 50% of net profits for things like ringtones, downloads and other stuff.
Selena was gunned down by the former president of her fan club on March 31, 1995.

Bunji Garlin, Richie Stephens shoot Hall of Fame video in Jamaica
Trinidadian soca artiste Bunji Garlin, while in Jamaica recently, joined reggae singer Richie Stephens on a video shoot for their collaboration entitled Hall of Fame.
The video is expected to premiere in early April.
Shot at locations across Kingston, the video will feature several models as well as the Rificial Team Dancers (RTD). There is also a live performance scene on OnStage.
Richie Stephens told Loop News that both himself and Bunji Garlin are really excited about the video. He also said the song is gaining traction in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
Soca lovers got a taste of what to expect as the duo performed the song and a dance routine at the season finale of Bacchanal Fridays at Mas Camp last week.

High-riding reggae and dancehall singer I-Octane says he is greatly encouraged by the many Youtube comments of listeners to his song,Topic of the Day, which is one of the new songs on the enhanced version of the extremely popular video game Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V).
While the song has been released a few years now, it was released on the enhanced soundtrack for the game in December. Since then, it has commanded the attention of a wide international audience.

Justice Sarah James-Thompson sentenced a sex offender to a total of 82 years in prison for molesting a teenager two years ago.
The sentence was handed down in the St Catherine Circuit Court last Friday.
The 45-year-old St Ann accused pleaded guilty to all charges during the preliminary inquiry.
He was given sentences of 45 years for rape, 15 years for abduction, 12 years for robbery with aggravation, and 10 years for grievous sexual assault.
Justice James-Thompson ruled that the accused is not eligible for parole until he has served 35 years of his sentence.
The court heard that in May 2013, the complainant, who was then 13 years old, was on her way to school in St Catherine when the accused held her and dragged her into bushes.
He placed a machete at her throat, while he raped her. He also robbed her of the $550 lunch money she had.
After the ordeal, the complainant made a report to the Linstead police in St Catherine.
An investigation was launched and he was subsequently picked up by the police.
He was positively identified by the complainant during an identification parade.
The investigating officer in the matter was Detective Constable Tracey-Ann Cooper-Prince of the Linstead
Criminal Investigation Branch.

Rocky Stanley the stepson of "Gypsy Sisters" star Nettie Stanley -- was stabbed to death Monday night after an altercation in the parking lot of a YMCA.
According to Kingsport PD in Tennessee, 22-year-old Rocky (whose real name is Huey) was involved in a fight over a basketball game. He was rushed to the hospital with multiple stab wounds and died a short time later.
Police recovered the murder weapon and were able to ID a suspect, Zachary Morris Gardner ... who turned himself in to police Tuesday morning. He was arrested for first degree murder.
Rocky never appeared on "Gypsy Sisters" -- but Nettie and his father star on the TLC reality show.

Terrence Howard Ex-Wife Claims He's Screwing Me Royally Over 'Empire'
Terrence Howard owes his ex-wife $508,000 and counting ... so she claims, and she's gunning for a payday.
Michelle Ghent claims Terrence has been hiding assets and grossly undervaluing what he makes a month to avoid his spousal support obligations.
TMZ broke the story ... Terrence is required to pay Michelle $5,800 a month in spousal support, but if he makes more than $62,500 a quarter, she gets 21% of the excess. According to her docs, Terrence made $125,000 an episode in Season 1 and he's sure to get a huge raise.
Michelle claims Terrence has not only failed to pay the 21%, but she says he's way behind in the $5,800 monthly obligation ... to the tune of more than $100k.
Also according to Michelle's docs, Terrence is using his first ex-wife's business to divert his earnings, making it appear he earns very little. In fact, Terrence claimed as recently as November all he was getting in the way of income was just shy of $6k a month ... money that was paid by the ex-wife's business.
"Empire" started shooting in September, so that's when the bucks started rolling in.
But all good things come to an end, and according to the divorce, Michelle's spousal support ends next year
REGGAE singer Queen Ifrica said she will be taking up a challenge that American A-list actor Samuel L Jackson issued via social media recently. The result will be borne out in a Negro spirtual-flavoured single entitled Swing Low.
"During the recent Ice Bucket Challenge, Samuel L Jackson gave out a challenge to artistes around the world to sing a song about black people not being killed and abused anymore," she told the Jamaica Observer.
"I saw it on YouTube and I am taking up the challenge," she continued.
Queen Ifrica was speaking with the Observer at her 40th birthday party held at the Opa! Greek Restaurant and Sky Lounge on Old Hope Road in St Andrew, last Wednesday.

The insane over-the-top Ohio mansion where Mike Tyson lived and partied in the '80s and '90s is getting a complete makeover ... in Jesus' name.
The mansion is insane -- featuring marble EVERYWHERE, a hot tub with mirrored ceiling, indoor pool, tiger cages, a basketball court and more.
Tyson sold the place in 1999 ... and it's had multiple owners since then ... but now, according to the Daily Mail, it's been bought by a developer who plans to turn the property into a church.
The place isn't in terrible shape ... but it does need some work ... especially since vandals tagged the joint, leaving several "anarchy" symbols around the house.
And get this, the new owners have offered Tyson an invite to the church's first gathering. No word if he plans on going.

Jamaican Singer Tessanne Chin must be feeling some type of way, after recently several photos of her husband Micheal Cuffe Jr surface on social media sites depicting himself in an uncompromising position with a female at the recently concluded UWI Carnival.
In one of the photo he is seen behind the female and pouring water n her, its also been alleged that either Michael Anthony Cuffe Jr or Tessanne were caught cheating, hence they are currently going through marital problems and may soon be getting divorce.
He recently moved out f their marital home and is staying friends.
Aaron Hernandez's Fiancee He Cheated on Me ... And I Let It Go!
Aaron Hernandez essentially had a hall pass to cheat on his fiancée whenever he pleased ... because she says she knew all about it ... but decided to look the other way.
Shayanna Jenkins testified for the second day at Hernandez's murder trial where he stands accused of killing Odin Lloyd back in 2013.
Jenkins testified that she broke things off with Hernandez after she found evidence that he was banging other chicks on his cell phone. But Jenkins says she got back with Hernandez anyway because their bond was too strong.
After they reconciled, Jenkins says she decided to "compromise on his behavior, and that included infidelity and everything that came along with that."
Jenkins also testified to throwing away a box at the behest of Hernandez the day after Lloyd was killed. Jenkins says she does not know what was in the box and never looked inside

Tessanne Chin has confirmed that she and her husband of four years Michael Cuffe Jr have split.
Urban Islandz broke the story last week after sources close to the couple tipped us off that Cuffe moved out of their marital home and is temporarily living with a close friend.
On Monday, Tessanne Chin posted a message on Instagram and Facebook thanking her fans for their concerns and also asking for privacy.
"I truly appreciate your love and concern and Im grateful for your respect of our privacy at this time," Tessanne said.
SOCA power couple Bunji Garlin and Fay-Ann Lyons brought the house down at Bacchanal Fridays held at Mas Camp in St Andrew with an amazing two-hour set that had the crowd begging for more.
What they did is unheard of in my over two-decades of doing carnival," Michael Ammar Jr, a director of Bacchanal Jamaica, told the Jamaica Observer after their performance.
