Controversial Dancehall superstar, Vybz Kartel has been the center of yet another rumor, this time suggesting the Portmore Empire deejay had HIV.

Reports since last weekend suggested that Kartel had contracted HIV from a female known as Kimone Powell who recently tested positive for the virus. The reports also claim that Powell proceeded to publicize her relationship with the self-professed Dancehall hero; implying that they regularly had unprotected sex. What made the rumors even more intriguing is the allegation that Kartels former mentor, Bounty Killer paid off Powell to spread the disease to Di Teacha.

However, sources close to Kartels Gaza camp rubbish the rumors; intimating that the World Boss has no knowledge of who Powell is.
