All of us are going around wearing different masks

Pretending to be this & that when the mind is at a lost

Psychologically seeking the child that was trapped in the past

Crying for love is easy but finding it, that's the hardest part

Meeting people everyday with their over-protective emotions

Building walls instead of bridges for fear of invasion

So they rather be in a permanent state of hibernation

Doing everything they can, just to hide their dysfunction

Whenever they comminicates watch their non-verbal phases

Observed their distances or spaces as they hide their traces

These beings are from extra-ordinary or common places

They are not known by love because of their varieties with faces

Their charades of confidence is only an illusion

They have their ficticious auras to prevent any intrusion

Blocking-out everyone for fear of defamations

A role they have to play with some justifications

With the ego at the center of all their hallucinations

Wrapping its deceptive webs like a master tactician

Abducting the mind as its master plan

Creates in the victim a "narcissitical" perception

The Nat King Cole song "pretend you're happy when you're blue"

And the saying "you're what you're, when you're alone" are so true

So living a life of lies & false pretenses are set to create some fools

But remember this"many fools they've caught but the chosen wise are few"

So do not try to figure out anyone

For each being in this life have many masks to rely on

Many hide behind nature,fame,family ,friends and religion

So live the life you love and love the life you live with much freedom
