THREE men, including a special constable, were arrested for robbery with aggravation in May Pen, Clarendon last night.

Information received from the May Pen CIB is that about 7:40 pm, the men were apprehended after reportedly robbing a bar in the parish earlier and escaping in a waiting motor vehicle. Their getaway car was later intercepted along the Bustamante Highway. 

A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of a .38 revolver, serial number 3043431, with 12 rounds.

The names of the men are being withheld pending further investigations.
