The size of the condom matters. A man with a small penis should not wear a large condom. The manufactures of condoms know that and that is why they vary the sizes of the condom, such as length and width. They have regular and large condoms.

The man with a large penis should not attempt to use a small or regular condom because he might find it very difficult to roll it on and it might be very tight. He may even need to find extra large condoms. So I repeat, you do not understand what you are talking about, so keep quiet.
