T.I had a lot to smile about when his new movie shot straight to #1, however the possibility of him going back to prison is nothing to laugh about.

T.I was arrested last month and charged with possession of a controlled substance after police found ecstasy on him and his wife Tiny. According to new reports, L.A. County Sheriffs deputies also found codeine (found in sizzurp) and marijuana in his possession during the arrest and his drug tests came back positive:

We are very disappointed in Mr. Harris' recent conduct," U.S. Attorney Sally Yates said in a statement released Friday. We will make our sentencing recommendation at the revocation hearing.

The order, signed by T.I.s probation officer, lists three possible violations of his bond: possession of ecstasy on Sept. 1, testing positive for opiates on Sept. 2 and associating on Sept. 1 with Cortez Thomas, a convicted felon.

TI has been summoned back to court to explain to the judge why his probation should not be revoked. Ir will be a miracle if he walks away from this one without serious time.
