On the night of September 13, 1996, Shakur attended the Mike Tyson Bruce Seldon boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Shortly after the boxing match, 2pac was gunned down at the corner of Flamingo/ Koval , 1 block from the famous Las Vegas strip (keep in mind they got cameras on every street corner). This crime is still unsolved to this date, 14 years later.
2pac is arguably 1 of the greatest entertainers of all time, before his death he released Six studio albums (1st rap artist to release a Double CD-All Eyez On Me 9x platinum), Six feature films including his debut in JUICE and released Eight additional studio albums after his death at the young age of 25. He is recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records as the highest-selling rap artist, with over 75 million albums sold worldwide. If 2pac was still alive, would DMX, Ja Rule, 50 Cent, or Jay Z even have a rap career?
R.I.P. Tupac Shakur (1971-1996)
