Employees at one of the major hospitals in the Corporate Area were given a shock when a woman who had just given birth told them that her grandfather is also her biological father and now the father of her child.

THE WEEKEND STAR learnt that the 50-odd-year-old St Andrew man is alleged to have impregnated his daughter and years later also impregnated his granddaughter.

Although officials from the institution were tight-lipped, upon visiting the institution, THE WEEKEND STAR was able to find other employees who claim to have heard of the incident.

According to them the almost unbelievable revelation occurred some two weeks ago and has become a hot topic.

It is said that the man's granddaughter, who is in her early 20s, disclosed to a nurse that the person responsible for getting her pregnant was the same person who got her mother pregnant.

It is also said that the girl's mother was asked about the situation and after denying it at first, eventually admitted that her father had got her pregnant.

THE WEEKEND STAR further heard that the story took another twist when the mother revealed that some years ago before getting pregnant, her daughter had complained about being molested by her grandfather.

"A one big mix-up, dem life deh nuh right at all. Mi hear seh di man breed him daugher and then breed him own granddaughter. A wah him ago tell God seh?" a security guard at the hospital said.

"It naw loud up but people weh work inna di place hear bout it cause yu done know seh news travel fast. When mi first hear mi did think a joke, but a big woman nurse fren weh mi have pinch mi and tell mi seh a true thing," a porter also claimed.
