They can be... but I think most of the time people finding excuses or just trying to look cool. It's basically like on zone when someone says something wrong and it gets a screenshot and posted, then they claim someone hacked there account or it's photoshopped.

Weed shouldn't be a cause of that, they giving it a bad name if they using it as an excuse, if it is a cause they are smoking some bad weed or are just looking for trouble... i've smoked before and friends of mine have smoked and gone online, we don't go around cussing people or any of that... I don't know about alchohol... but i've had normal convo's with friends when they've been drunk lol. So i guess it's just the person.
