A confrontation between four women in Rollington Town, Kingston last week, resulted in one of them having her throat slashed.
Dead is Kyvhette Dobson, 31, of Montaque Street, Rollington Town.
According to Detective Sergeant Conrad Granston of the East Kingston police, it is alleged that Dobson's throat was slashed by the spouse of one of the females involved in the fracas. He also revealed to THE STAR that investigations have revealed that the knife used to kill Dobson belongs to her.
"Our investigations revealed that the knife used to kill the woman belongs to her and that it fell from her bosom," said the detective.
Allegations are that the accused man dropped the knife and ran to the Rollington Town Police Station after the incident. He has been arrested since, however, he has not been charged.
Police reports indicate that about 11 p.m., last week Wednesday, Dobson and her mother went in search of a pair of twins she claimed assaulted her sister and son. It is alleged that the two women confronted the twins, one whom was in the company of her spouse.
