IS THERE A POSSIBLE CONNECTION BETWEEN EACH OTHERS BRAINS

I've recently been thinking about our Brain. If you don't know what
that is.. Here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_brain
I was amazed about the facts the Human brain can do and achieve. It's mind-blowing.
My idea was that couldn't there be a connection between each others brain
just like the internet. I am talking about a mental connection between brains.
Sometimes we can tell what someone is thinking in their head.
Sometimes we are so attached to a person, we are part of them(not physically).
If you think about it, when we talk to a person, we don't talk to the body.
We talk to their brain.(I just felt like saying that).
I can't corroborate my statements. I just want your ideas and opinions.

hmm ive been recently developing a theory i call supernature which which makes me think something like this cud probably be possible, i mean sometime mi juss get a feeling and turn directly around and ketch somebody a stare pon mi hmm
