Hey, I'm just wondering what people on zone think of the Vegetarian/vegan way of life, diet, beliefs, etc.
I've decided in the last 24 hours to become a Vegetarian. Today marks the first successful day of no meat for me. I plan to just gradually move into it, not just a sudden step in. Today marks a nice start, and I know I'm only one person, but every little bit helps.
Anyway, what's your views on Vegetarians? PETA? Animal Abuse/Processing?
I am vegetarian and I think it's a good thing to be vegetarian( healthy food, longevity, it can prevent diseases, ...). But some people think vegetarian food is boring but it exists a lot of vegetarian meals and it is easy to cook.... Although I'm vegetarian only because I find meat and meat products are very disgusting. I am more opposed to animal abuse and processing since I'm vegetarian.
I STOP EAT MEAT SINCE I WAS 16 YEARS OLD, I'M 28 NOW. SINCE I STOPED EATING MEAT I DON'T CATCH FLU, COLDS ETC. ANYMORE. AND IF I DO IT LAST FOR A DAY THE MOST.
well i did 9 month of no meat and my body felt teh best i can rember!!! but moveing back 2 ja made it difficult so iam back 2 eatting cooked mea!!!t u affe rich fe do that r else u mawga dung and dead

I would like to know why vegetarians are fool for u? ... just because we dont eat meat ... lol and so what if u know a lot of rasta who eat pork...all " real vegetarians" are not like dat... u have to respect the choice of everybody hun
