Another of Kingston'spremier events will be on, but at a new location.
Appleton Jamaica's 'Rum Punch' will be held by the river at the Temple Hall Estate this Sunday, June 27, from at 2 p.m. 'til midnight. The theme for this edition is entitled 'What's In My Cupp'.
To the delight of many patrons, the event will be an all-inclusive one, and the promoters Expozé Entertainment and Royal Circle have pulled out all the stops because they "want patrons to fully enjoy the event at an affordable cost of $1,500 for females, $2,000 for males presold, and $2,500 at the gate".

According to one of the promoters, Greg Henry of Expozé Entertainment, "We are aware of the fact that we are in a global recession and so we are keeping the cost as minimal as possible, but Jamaicans love to party, and party hard at that, so we are providing them with a safe and carefree environment to do just that."

Billy Trail of Royal Circle further commented, "Our patrons and their safety has always been our [the promoters] first and main priority, and as such, we saw the need to change the venue based on the convenience and safety of our patrons. Increased parking, easier access, as well as incorporating the river as part of the venue so patrons can access it, was also a part of the need to change."
Come June 27, patrons can enjoy all the great Appleton mixes in their cups while indulging in the musical mastery of Kurt Riley, Dj Liquid, Coppershot, and Dj Electra. There will be a delectable menu catering to individual preferences. Henry further added, "We fully endorse drinking responsibly, so it is a must for patrons to be 18 or older to drink.
"Party people can come out with their party cups and party by the river Rum Punch style," he ended.
