Soldiers stand outside a house on Kirkland Avenue during their operation yesterday.
Members of the security forces yesterday carried out another operation in the St Andrew community of Kirkland Heights.
Two houses along Kirkland Avenue were reportedly searched as the hunt for west Kingston fugitive Christopher 'Dudus' Coke continues. Sources say nothing of interest was found at the homes.
The operation took place near the house in which Keith Clarke, businessman and brother of former government minister Claude Clarke, was killed during one such operation on May 27.
The police also conducted another operation three days later during which several persons were taken into custody. Two of the men who were taken in are said to be very close associates of Dudus.
Clarke was laid to rest last Thursday and the circumstances surrounding his death has led to a high-level probe.
