Now I just not too long wake ppl went outside to do something. Now After hearing this rumbling in the sky looked up, saw this plane said yea just a regular. Then couple minutes after I kept hearing the same sound over and over like if it was going in circles. 

I went back outside looked up and it was the same air-craft. Now I stood there and watch this air-craft circle and said this is not no regular air-craft as I keenly squeeze in ma eye and try to make out the feature. So I did and then Googled it and saw the same aircraft. Its Called The Big Look....

Known as the 'big look' antenna, this is the aircrafts main listening device, packed with electronic surveillance equipment that provides 360 degree coverage. It is designed so it does not give off signals that could alert its target.

There are more antennae in covered pods called 'canoes' on the aircraft's top and underside. They are capable of intercepting and analysing military and civilian radio, and other electronic communications including e-mails, faxes, and telephone conversations.
