1. upload ur file to a hosting site. ..  (mediafire tinypic etc.
2. Press MediaZoneJA.com directly below chat on the left
3. browse the fomums on the site and enter the 1 that describes the type of file u wanna post
4. Press >>Start New Topic<< this button is derectly below the chat on the right

5. Enter a subject for ur Post.. . preferable matching wats in the post

6. Paste the link and/or information in the Body of the topic

7. choose >>Submit Post<< at the base of the page to the right
