heal the hurt
"Think about it the crime wave negatively affects the whole nation. Therefore, it is our duty as Christians to try and help to heal the hurt of many, and bring peace to all,'' Reverend Rowan Edwards said.
Edwards who is the president of the Assembles of Full Gospel Churches said the aim is to use good men to pray for the cessation of crime and especially the killings.
He said that last year there was the 1000-man march which was well supported, so the aim is to maximise the effort.
'' Last year the uniform groups headed by the police, fire department, the correctional services, as well as the cadets and others are expected once more to add to the spectacle,'' Reverend Edwards said.
At the inaugural march last year many persons said the approach was a great one by the church.
