The angry cross deejay got his bail denied in the Corporate Area Criminal Court (Wednesday) this morning despite an application from his attorney Linda Wright.
The judge said her decision is based on the fact that Bounty Killa has a case in the Gun Court for assault and illegal possession of a firearm and while he was out on bail on that matter he is alleged to have committed this case of assault.
Bounty Killa is accused of domestic abuse stemming from an incident at his East Kingston Apartment in St. Andrew on Monday.
Allegations are that on Thursday, March 25, 2010 Killas female companion decided to end their three year relationship. He however refused and reportedly attacked her physically.
A report was made to the police and following investigations a warrant was issued for his arrest. Bounty Killa is also accused of using his one phone call to call the woman and threatened her in the presence of the police.
Bounty Killa is to return to court on April 14.
Killa is no stranger to the courts as he currently has several charges including ganja possession, traffic violation and gun charges looming over his head.
