After being behind bars for 48 hours, popular entertainer Bounty Killer will hear if he will be given bail.
The 38-year old artiste, whose real name is Rodney Price, is to appear in the Corporate Area Criminal Court on Wednesday morning after being arrested at his East Avenue Apartment in St. Andrew on Monday on assault charges.
He is charged with assault occasioning bodily harm stemming from a dispute he had with his girlfriend.
Allegations are that on Thursday, March 25 the woman decided to end their three year relationship.
Bounty Killa however refused and reportedly attacked her.
The woman reported the matter to the Constant Spring Police Station, and following investigations a warrant was issued for the deejay's arrest.
It is reported that while the entertainer was being processed at the Constant Spring Station he called the complainant and threatened her life in the presence of the police.
Bounty Killa, who is already facing gun charges, is one of several entertainers whose US visas were recently revoked.
