well firstly i understand where he is getting at. the government is not taking into consideration the seriousness of the drought which is getting worst each day. but lets us be mindful that Jamaica is a TROPICAL island meaning we are use to rainfall and such, but its nobody fault we have a drought! NO rain has been falling so what do you expect. the Government should pay close attention to it and realize that its an emergency but they can make rain fall dem ano God.
