MediaTakeOut.com just spoke with an entertainment insider (a minor celebrity who is usually DEAD ON with their scoops) who told us that actress Sanaa Lathan is claiming to be engaged.

According to our insider, Sanaa told her that she was "planning her wedding." And the lucky groom . . . music mogul Steve Rifkind.
