ACTRESS PAULA PATTON: I FIND THE TERM BIRACIAL OFFENSIVE . . . I CONSIDER MYSELF BLACK!!!

MediaTakeOut.com has learned that actress Paula Patton has come out to claim that even though her mom is Caucasian, she considers herself Black.

Hereâs what she told Womanâs Health magazine:

I find [the term biracial] offensive. Itâs a way for people to separate themselves from African-Americansâ¦.a way of saying âIâm better than thatâ.

Iâm black because thatâs the way the world sees me. People arenât calling Barack Obama biracial. Most people think thereâs a black president.

WE actually agree with Paula on this one. But, we're sure there are plenty of biracial folk out there who DONâT!!!
