The doctor who administered drugs to Michael Jackson during his final hours is expected to be charged with involuntary manslaughter in court today, but the star's family are not happy about it. They believe the charge is too lenient and want it upped to the more serious charge of premeditated manslaughter. According to the Jackson family lawyer, they all want justice for Michael's death. "I spoke to La Toya Jackson," he revealed. "She wants justice for her brother. She is upset and has been upset about Michael's death. I spoke to Joseph Jackson. He wants justice for Michael. They are not angry, they are not vindictive, they are heartbroken. They do not think that the charge of involuntary manslaughter is appropriate. They feel that it is a slap in the face." When asked what she thought of the involuntary manslaughter charge yesterday, La Toys told reporters, "He should have been charged with premeditated (manslaughter).
