IS IT TRUE THAT THE NCB BANK ,ARE SENDING LETTERS OUT TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE
ACCOUNTS WITH THEM,THAT IF THEY DON,T DEPOSIT MONEY IN THERE ACCOUNTS
THEY ARE GOING TO CLOSE THEM,SO IF YOU HAVE SAY $3000 IN THERE THEY WILL CLOSE THE ACCOUNT & KEEP THE MONEY,I WOULD CALL THAT STEALING,WHAT ABOUT POOR PEOPLE WHO CAN,T AFFORD IT RIGHT NOW,DAM THIEF THEM
