Kartel Jumps 20 Spot on Billboard
Leader of the Gaza, Vybz Kartel continues to make major strides in North America even without the opportunity to tour the United States.

His mega hit Ramping Shop featuring controversial female deejay Spice has jumped twenty (20) spots to #76 on the Billboard R&B and Hip Hop Charts since debuting a few weeks ago at #96 . The song is also enjoying heavy rotation on several U.S. based radio stations including New York's urban powerhouse Hot 97 and Power 105.1. 

According to Kartel the addition of his song validates that dancehall is now at a world class level, where it's being embraced by everyone and is no longer just indigenous to the Caribbean. 

Kartel, who dominates the local charts recently delivered a stellar performance at the Jungle Night Club in Negril. The deejay whose real name is Adidjah Palmer is slated to appear on the highly anticipated 2009 staging of Beenie Sizzle which gets on the way on August 22 at the National Stadium, from there it's off to Bermuda for a September 6th assignment.

First off. It wasn't "Neyo's Riddim" it was Neyo's label riddim. Neyo had nothing to do with Sueing Kartel's entourage. You think like a 5 year old. The only thing Kartel took from Neyo's label was the riddim, that's it! Now ask me which artist hasn't remixed an hip hop beat??????  Also What Hiphop / RNB artist not steal old school lines from but dancehall raggae or classics???? Think before you talk. Also Most of Movado's hit songs, which concept did he use???
