As far as Nick Cannon is concerned, Eminem is crying out for his own broken soul.

At least that's one of the proverb-invoking sentiments Mariah Carey's hubby twittered today in response to Slim Shady's latest dig at him and the missus.

Instead of turning it into a rap battle, Cannon sent out a series of tweets:
