So, i have a fairly new Dell Inspiron 518, and thanks to media zone and bitorrents i used up 70% of my hard drive space. Seeing that i was running out of space, i started to do a defragmentation of my hard drive(2:00). I come back like around 9:00 just to find it still sitting there!(VISTAAAAAAAA!!!!) I went to dell's support page and started a live chat. which went like this:

already a lot of stuffs on the hard drive.
