It has been confirmed now however, that Riley was freed of the charge when he appeared in court last Friday (July 3), as his wife told the court that she did not wish to pursue the matter further. She also indicated that they were both receiving counseling and that it was helping. The judge reportedly wished them both well and encouraged them to continue along this new path as she dismissed the case.
