Dancehall deejay Ninjamans case was heard in court earlier this week, but he will have to wait until Friday, June 19 to know whether or not his lawyers application for bail on his behalf was successful. The Prosecution strongly opposed bail for Ninjaman, his twenty-one year old son and other co-accused, indicating that the accused men were a fight risk.

All three face charges of murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of firearm stemming from the March 2009 murder of a man in the Marl Road area of Olympic Gardens.
