This process has been going on for years, and the problem has grown so large, that the only way to correct the behavior is to come down hard on those that are in violation or support the process.

i.e. Three strikes your out is the way they will justfy the harsh punshmet tha is place on volators, by spinning their motive of compassion, (2 strikes) to the public, why smiling while walking to the bank, counting their profits.

I believe Napster and similar companys made a compromise in the states, and it never made it to the courts.

This is a wait and see, while the companies invovled flex their ego's, and muscle at each other walking up the courthouse steps.
