A 16-year-old boy was fatally shot and a man shot and injured by a gunman at Farm district, May Pen, Clarendon, Monday.

Dead is Dwayne White, while injured is a 23-year-old man, both of Farm district.

The Constabulary Communication Network is reporting that about 9:40 a.m., White and his friend were sitting on a verandah in the community when a man armed with a gun approached. The hoodlum immediately opened fire, hitting them before escaping. They were taken to hospital where White was pronounced dead and the man admitted in stable condition.
