Eminem Secures Worldwide Deal With Universal, "Relapse 2" Is Coming

Eminem is currently gearing up for the release of his eagerly awaited new album Relapse, in stores on May 19 and has recently inked an exclusive blockbuster deal with Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) that already includes the sequel Relapse 2.
"Eminem continues to be an indelible and iconic musical presence around the world," David Renzer, chairman and CEO of UMPG, said. "I am so pleased that we will be working with his manager, Paul Rosenberg and the Interscope team on continuing to bring his amazing music to a worldwide audience."

"We are excited about the future of our continued relationship with UMPG, and we look forward to many more years of chart-topping success together," Eminem said in an official statement.

What's more? Eminem's new single Beautiful has just been released on iTunes and is the only track on Relapse that is entirely produced by Em himself.

"It was the only song that marks that period without bringing me back to that place. Every other track not only didn't fit with the album, but when I listened to it, it would bring up bad memories," Eminem said about Beautiful.

Relapse will be released on May 19.
