Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy Tellem has landed his third #1 nationwide single, as his track Turn My Swag On will top Billboards Urban Airplay chart next week. Just last month, Soulja Boys single Kiss Me Thru The Phone also hit #1 on Urban and Crossover radio. Both singles have sold a c****ined 2.5 million digital copies and are taken from the rappers sophomore album iSouljaboytellum. Soulja Boys first #1 single was the massive hit single Crank That (Soulja Boy), which sat at the top of the charts for seven weeks in 2007. This morning during an interview with Good Day L,A, the rapper explained that he still isnt satisfied with his success.

lol...soulja boys a FAD i dont care hom much money he makes ..and how many number 1 singles he gets..he makes non complex music for youth and people who can Fathom real lyricism..or if u catch every dance Craze thrown at you ..u might enjoy his music
if he died today hiphop wouldnt miss him nor struggle

FAD- non factor in hip hop give him time he is in his prime due to this generation but we will be able to soon add an E..

That's not true BB, Hiphop wasn't about a bullshit dance and cheap lyrics, it had more meaning than that. But I guess the valued of music has dropped so much, people like me just give up on hiphop all together. Maybe Ice t was right, maybe the hiphip is dead.
