On May 2 nd 2009 Carlton Grant Jr would have been 18 years old, instead his father will be holding a benefit concert "The Life Fest: Peace and Love Concert".

His loving mother created a foundation in his memory "The Carlyle Foundation for Education". Carlton was an excellent student , he had just passed 6 subjects in his CXC examinations.The motto of the foundation is "Preserve di yutes, preserve di future." The foundation will focus on education for the young people of Jamaica.
