Are you caught up? So now the promoters are suing T-Pain for 5 million dollars for breach of contract.The lawsuit was filed in Broward Circuit Court by Hits and James Entertainment, claiming the rapper caused damages for ditching an appearance, which was scheduled for February 23.
Additionally, Hits and Jams claim T-Pain became excessive with his demands, which included 12 airline tickets, a four-star hotel with 24-hour room service, bottles of various liquor, a private jet, FBI protection and a conversation with the President of Guyana.
The Miami Herald reported that T-Pain had received a $75,000 advance for his appearance, which Chase Entertainment offered to return.
''We feel horrible about not being able to play the concert,'' Chase Entertainment's David Abram told The Miami Herald. "We are going to do what needs to be done to make this right with the promoters They're a good company. We're a good company.''
In addition to being sued for breach of contract, Hits and Jams is suing or libel, defamation and court costs.
