Famed promoter Marc A. Stewart of Atlanta, GA was found dead on Saturday night in Gwinnett County. Police are not saying anything at this time. The body will be released to the family on Monday after autopsy. Yardflex.com learnt that Marc has been missing since Wednesday February 11, 2009.

Marc served as the President and CEO of Island Coast Entertainment for ten years and was known throughout the Atlanta business and social communities as a hardworking, trustworthy and dedicated event planning, marketing and promotions professional. Marc has promoted successful shows with Beres Hammond, Buju Banton and many other top Reggae artists.

YardFlex.com spoke with Chyna Lindsay of Chyna Doll Productions and this is what she had to say, "Marc was my brother, my mentor and most importantly my friend. He was one of the significant people in my life that helped foster my growth in this industry. He will be forever missed. Others that I spoke with are as shocked and saddened as I am. Marc was a great loving person. I don't know when my heart will stop crying."
