Stories of wildly unfit parents keep spilling into the limelight, with the most recent coming from England, where at 13 year old boy (this kid looks about 6) and his 15 year old girlfriend (she looks about 35) just gave birth to a baby girl! The best part is the fathers reaction to it all: I thought it would be good to have a baby. I didnt think about how we would afford it. I dont really get pocket money. My dad sometimes gives me £10.
