mi understand weh yah seh styll...but mi nuh see ntn wrong if dat happen styll...suppose the newbie forward andfind hundred song and softwares weh him a look for why limiting him....although some people tek it for granted

Work on a tiered system, allowing those with an aggregate post count under 100 to post 20 a day, those under 300, 40 a day.

The powers that control the board can discuss the posting table and other incentives/benefits
based upon post count and log on activity.

I am sure a script can easily be written by someone, right?
