Well,it will only work with ppl who respect d law and give evidence against those who commit these serious crime,but a man who dont,dont care a bit if they die,cuz they think all persons is like them..personally i support it though,capital crime deserve capital punishment,cuz if u dont catch d perpretrators they'll continue..,so datz my perspective...
