1.    Kindly request landlords' contact details by email only (within your maximum range) to facilitate our speedy and efficient response. We do not give landlords' details on the telephone. The landlords' details are to be kept confidential by all members and must not be shared with anyone else. You may request contact details for a maximum of three (3) places at the same time.

2.   When requesting contact details, please state (a) your membership number or your identification number provided on your application form and (b) the reference numberfor the premises on the listing. This will greatly assist usto expedite prompt response to your requests.

2.   It is of paramount importance that members give a feedback on previous requests before making new requests. This helps us to maintain a current and clean list and to eliminate undesirable listings/landlords.
