September 28, 2008. It's now official!!! MediaTakeOut.com has just learned that we have a new queen of R&B. According to Soundscan, Rihanna's latest album Good Girl Gone Bad has just passed Beyonce's B Day in terms of album sales.

The latest figures show Beyonce selling 5,992,540 copies of B Day. While Rihanna sold 6,057,280 copies of Good Girl Gone Bad!!!

Congrats to Rihanna. And Bey ... time to step up your game ....
