A judge issued a bench warrant yesterday for the arrest of the mother of Damon Dashs oldest son.
According to TMZ, Dashs ex, Linda Williams, defied judges orders by failing to return Damon II weeks ago after an allowed weekend visit. To date it is unknown where the boy is.
Aside from his heated custody battle with Williams, the Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder and his wife, Rachel Roy are allegedly on the verge of losing two of their Manhattan homes due to unpaid mortgage debts estimated at $7.3 million.
The lawsuit filed against the pair alleges neither has paid the due amounts on their luxury Tribeca condos from January to August, which found them in the early steps of foreclosure proceedings. Eastern Savings Bank claims the couple agreed to make monthly payments of $78,500 on the properties.
In related Dash news, the hip hop mogul is no longer in business with Pro Keds. As previously reported by SOHH, the sneaker company ended their 2004 licensing contract with Dame, explaining they wanted a new image for their approaching 60th anniversary.
